THE DETAILS

Kick Off Date: The Spring Break Challenge will begin on Saturday, February 16th at 12:00pm at our Kick Off Meeting, hosted at 1405 Weatherly Plaza, Suite B. Huntsville AL, 35803.
 
Start Date: The Spring Break Challenge’s first workout will begin February 18th at 6am (you can choose any class time that day)
 
Our Weekly Schedule:
Monday- Friday 5:00am / 6:00am/ 4:00pm / 5:00pm
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11:40am (30 mins) & 12:15pm (30 mins)
Saturday & Sunday Open Gym. Can workout on your own and will have a 20 minute circuit on the board easy enough to do on your own.
 
End Date: The Spring Break Challenge will end March 16th, 2019

    • Core Strength & Performance is located at 1405 Weatherly Plaza, Suite B Huntsville, AL 35803. We are behind the Dollar General off of Bailey Cove in the same building as Alabama Ballet & Yong-In Martial Arts
  • How can we get a hold of you if we have questions?
  • What is your schedule?
    • Monday- Friday: 5:00am, 6:00am, 4:00pm, 5:00pm
    • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 11:40am (30 minutes) & 12:15 (30 mins)
    • Saturday & Sunday: Open Gym
  • How long are your classes?
    • 50-60 minutes for most of our classes.
  • Do you have showers or childcare?
    • Unfortunately we do not.
  • What if I can’t make everyday to train?
    • No worries! If you can still make it at least 3 days a week to train, you will still get amazing results (especially if you follow your nutrition!)
