Nutrition Doesn’t Have To Be So Hard

I know you might be sitting there saying, YES, WHY IS IT SO HARD? Well, it doesn’t have to be. Most of us know we need a good balance of protein, fats & carbs but often get PARALYZED with an abundance of information. How do you turn that knowledge into healthy meals that taste delicious?

At Core Strength & Performance, it’s our mission to help clients develop healthy eating habits for life. That means:

  • Eating fresh, minimally-processed food as often as possible.
  • Including a balance of protein, veggies, smart carbs, healthy fats.
  • Adjusting portions to meet health and body composition goals.

That all sounds great. But the trick is to do it all in a way that’s super-easy and tastes awesome so it STICKS.

Using the simple instructions, you’ll be able to mix and match ingredients and flavor profiles to come up with literally thousands of easy, delicious, health-supporting meals.

Step 1

A Tip From Coach Heidi

Start off simple and try a preparation that you are comfortable with. The main takeaway is that you are creating a meal that is easy, home cooked and tasty!  That’s what most successful clients do. They’ve found that if its simple to prepare, they’re able to maintain their lifestyle without being overly concerned about all of the details. As you become more comfortable with doing that consistency, move on to more variety!
