One of the best decisions I made in 2022! Deven and Heidi are awesome they really take the time to listen to what your fitness goals are and slowly guide you to a better you!!! I am so glad I found this gym. Heidi and Deven are great – super knowledgeable and personable. They offer small group training, ensuring everyone gets the direction and coaching they need. Everyone at this gym is fantastic – truly one of the best gym atmospheres I’ve experienced. I’m super pleased with the process I’ve made physically since joining last summer.

Core Strength & Performance is the EXACT thing I have needed but could never find. It is challenging, but the environment is warm, inviting, and non-judgmental. I placed this 5 star rating 5 months ago and since then, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, I feel healthier than I’ve been, I’ve gained a community of strong people who help me reach all my goals, in and out of the gym. Heidi and Deven are some of the smartest people I’ve met. Their experience and knowledge is unparalleled and I can honestly say, they’ve changed my life for the better.
